Withdrawal Features

The withdrawal functionality consists of two main components:

1. Start Withdrawal - Initiates the withdrawal process and validates the request
2. Confirm Withdrawal - Executes the validated withdrawal request

How to Use the Withdrawal Feature

Starting a Withdrawal

To initiate a token withdrawal, provide Nex with the following information:

• Destionation Address: The blockchain address where you want to send tokens
• Token: The token you want to withdraw (e.g., "ETH", "USDC")
• Amount: The amount of tokens you want to withdraw
• From What Chain: The blockchain from which you're withdrawing
• Destionation Memo (optional): Required for XRP Ledger withdrawals; optional for others

Confirming a Withdrawal

After starting a withdrawal and reviewing the details, you can confirm and execute the withdrawal with a simple command:

"Confirm withdrawal"
"Execute the transfer"
"Proceed with sending tokens"

Technical Flow

1. Validation Phase:

   • When starting a withdrawal, Nex validates the destination address
   • It checks if you have sufficient balance of the requested token
   • It verifies the amount is greater than the minimum withdrawal amount

2. Execution Phase:

   • When confirming a withdrawal, Nex retrieves the withdrawal details
   • The intent is published to the blockchain
   • Nex monitors the transaction until settlement

3. Result Verification:

   • Upon completion, Nex provides transaction details including:
     • Transaction hash
     • Explorer link for verification
     • Settlement status

Error Handling

Nex handles various error scenarios during the withdrawal process:

• Invalid destination address
• Insufficient balance
• Amount below minimum withdrawal threshold
• Missing memo for XRP Ledger
• Token not found
• Settlement failures
